Participant Enrollment
- Eligibility: The bootcamp is open to individuals interested in learning coding, regardless of prior experience. A basic understanding of computer use is recommended.
- Current Students: Individuals currently enrolled in any of my classes are not eligible to participate in the bootcamp until they have completed their current course. Eligibility will be considered once they are no longer actively enrolled in my instruction.
- Equipment: Each participant is required to bring their own laptop.
- Maximum Capacity: The bootcamp capacity varies and will be provided before registration. Enrollment is processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Bootcamp Fees: The cost of the bootcamp will be determined based on the specific program. This price includes all instruction provided during the bootcamp.
Payment and Refund Policy
- Payment Terms: The bootcamp fee varies depending on the specific bootcamp. Payment instructions will be sent via email for e-transfer to payment@falconsitservices.ca.
- No Formal Certification Fee: As the bootcamp is informal, no additional fees will be charged for a "Completion Certificate" upon successful completion of the bootcamp.

Refund Policy:
- Full Refund: If you decide to withdraw at least 7 days before the bootcamp begins, you are eligible for a full refund.
- Partial Refund: If you withdraw after the first session but before the second, you are eligible for a 50% refund.
- No Refund: If you withdraw after the second session, no refund will be issued.
- Application Processing Fee: A $25 application processing fee will be charged only if your application is approved. This fee is non-refundable and will be added to the bootcamp fees when you make the e-transfer payment once your spot in the bootcamp is confirmed.
Waiver of Liability
- General Liability: By enrolling in the bootcamp, you acknowledge that Falcon's IT Services is not responsible for any personal injuries, damages to personal property, or loss of personal items during the bootcamp.
- Classroom Environment: We strive to provide a safe and supportive training environment. However, we are not liable for any accidents, injuries, or health issues that may occur during the bootcamp.
- Failure to Secure Employment: While we offer training to enhance coding skills, Falcon's IT Services does not guarantee employment or job placement after completing the bootcamp. You agree that you will not hold Falcon’s Coding Bootcamp liable for failure to secure a job after completing the program.
- Use of Materials: All bootcamp materials, including slides, code samples, and exercises, are for personal use only. Distribution, sale, or sharing of these materials is prohibited without prior written consent.
Dispute Resolution
- Internal Dispute Resolution: If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of the bootcamp, we encourage you to first contact Falcon's IT Services directly to resolve the issue through internal mediation. Our team will work with you to address any concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Privacy and Data Protection
- Data Collection: We collect basic personal information (e.g., name, email, phone number) during the registration process. This is necessary for communication and processing your application.
- Use of Personal Data: Your personal information will only be used for bootcamp registration, communication, and scheduling purposes. We will not share your data with third parties unless required by law.
- Data Security: We use industry-standard security protocols to ensure the safety of your data. However, we cannot guarantee 100% security, and you agree to use the site at your own risk.
Code of Conduct and Expectations
- Respectful Behavior: We expect all participants to treat the instructor and fellow participants with respect. Discriminatory, harassing, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the bootcamp without refund.
- Attendance: While attendance is not mandatory, full participation is encouraged. Missing more than two sessions may hinder your learning, as each session builds on the previous one.
Modifications and Cancellations
- Bootcamp Changes: We reserve the right to make changes to the bootcamp schedule, location, or content. Any changes will be communicated promptly to enrolled participants.
- Bootcamp Cancellations: In the unlikely event that the bootcamp is canceled by Falcon’s Coding Bootcamp, all participants will receive a full refund of the bootcamp fee.
Legal Compliance
- No Formal Recognition: As this bootcamp is informal and not accredited, we are not subject to Ministry of Education regulations or formal academic licensing.
- Limitations of Liability: Falcon’s Coding Bootcamp shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from attendance or participation in the bootcamp, including personal injury, loss of income, or personal dissatisfaction with the bootcamp.
